Our client-focused customer service team are responsible for entering and processing orders. The CSR team at Cyba Stevens will work with your order desk to address any customer-specific requirements.

Whether the information is received by fax, phone or EDI, CSR’s monitor orders from placement to shipment to invoicing.  They strive for 100% accuracy at every stage and immediately advise clients and customers of any discrepancies and initiate corrective action.
